Hi, I'm Carol. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, where I started my production career; and in 2008, I moved to and worked as a Producer in Barcelona, Spain. In 2011, I made a decision that would change my life forever, for the better – moving to Australia, where I became a citizen in 2015.
I’ve had a long career that started with a solid foundation in operations and production, which taught me lessons and gave me habits I carry with me to this day. Then, I had a long successful run in advertising agencies: I had the privilege to work for some of the biggest and best agencies in Australia, managing a breadth of brands in most categories, delivering the smallest of projects to integrated national campaigns, with varying budgets. This rich, layered experience has given me a wealth of knowledge and contributed to the success of my clients' businesses.
Some of my globally renowned clients, such as Coca-Cola, IKEA and Vodafone, taught me the importance of brand consistency and the power of a well-executed, cohesive and clear brand identity that people can relate to locally and around the world.
All these experiences have made me tough but fair and as reliable as they come. I’ve learned how to manage large volumes of work with precision and efficiency. I’m not afraid of hard work, I have very high standards, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and I’ve never met a problem I couldn’t solve.
Since 2021 I have been working full time as a Producer / Production Manager in all kinds of film productions around Queensland.
